We will tell you at the time you drop your computer off, or call you and let you know as the job progresses.

We will quote you at the time of drop off, however some jobs may take longer and we will call you with an estimate.

We take backups as required and delete them once the job is completed. Your data is not stored

We give you a 30 day warranty on the labour and the manufacturers warranty, usually at least 12 months, on the parts.

Yes! We will be in touch as required throughout the whole process so you wont get any surprises.
